I have been down the road of yo-yo diets, over-training, starvation, endless self-doubt and insecurity.  I have lived feeling terrible about my body and my weight; feeling like I had nothing to wear because I hated the way everything fit, covering up with long sweaters and baggy clothes because I was embarrassed.


I have been there but I am nowhere near that now!  I am now able to live life, enjoy time with friends and family and maintain my ideal weight.


I don’t starve, I don’t spend hours in the gym and I don’t despise trying on clothes!  There is a better way and it can be done without extreme measures.
