The HIIT Workout to Blast Fat and Change Your Body!

HIIT Workout

 

Warm-up –  5 min jog on the treadmill

 

Round 1

  • 10 x 20 second treadmill sprints with 10 seconds rest in between
  • 5 min jog
  • 8 x 30 second side treadmill gallops on an incline with 10 second rest in between

Take a 2 min rest before starting round 2….

Round 2

  • 20 x walking lunges
  • 20 x frog jump
  • 20 x v-ups

*Repeat 3-4x with 30 second rest in between

Take a 2 min rest before starting round 3….

Round 3

  • 20 x bench hops side to side
  • 20 x ball hamstring curls
  • 20 x russian twist with weight

*repeat 3-4x with 30 second rest in between

Take a 2 min rest before starting round 4….

Round 4

  • 30 sec battle ropes
  • 20 x glute kick-backs with resistance bands
  • 1 min ball plank

*repeat 3-4x with 30 second rest in between

Cool down and stretch
